RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Product Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your Glitznow! purchase of a product, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Products will not be accepted for return without an RA from Glitznow! Some products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless defective due to health, safety and hygienic reasons. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund with a 20% restocking fee. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, documentation or other materials that shipped with the product. NOTE: Glitznow! recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace. Cancellation of a program or class will incur a cancellation charge. If you are unable to attend and have not contacted Glitznow! prior to the workshop date, Glitznow! is unable to refund any of the fees associated with the training/program.   If a refund should be issued, GlitzNow! has up to 30 calendar days to issue a credit on your credit card or a check in care of the person/salon who purchased the product.

Workshop/Training Refund:

If you reschedule your class 8 or more days prior to your registered class date there is no fee for doing so.  If you reschedule your class within 1 to 7 days prior to your registered class date there is a $150 fee for doing so.  Classes cannot be rescheduled the day they are to be held.

If you cancel your class 8 or more days prior to your registered class date, a $200 cancellation fee will be assessed and deducted from any refund.  If you cancel your class within 1 to 7 days prior to your registered class you forfeit your class fee and no monies will be refunded.

Glitznow! reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop.  In the event that a workshop should cancel, you will be informed and a new workshop date will be assigned.  If no date is assigned, you will be entitled to a full refund.  If a new workshop date is assigned and you are unable to attend, you must inform Glitznow! within 7 days of your ORIGINAL workshop date in order to receive a full refund.  Otherwise, your refund will be subjected to our regular refund policy.  You must inform Glitznow of your request IN WRITING via email or standard mail.  Glitznow will refund monies owed to you 30 days upon receipt of  written notice by you and approval of your refund by Glitznow.

Contact Glitznow! immediately if you find a need to cancel or reschedule any programs or classes.

GlitzNow! obligations, with respect to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided. If you obtain a product or service from Glitznow! that is provided without an agreement, that product or service is provided "AS-IS" with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, and your use of that product or service is at your own risk.

Business relationships

Glitznow! makes no representations whatsoever about any other Web site which you may access through this one. When you access a non-Glitznow! Web site, even one that may contain the Glitznow!-logo, please understand that it is independent from Glitznow!, and that Glitznow! has no control over the content on that Web site. In addition, a link to a non-Glitznow! Web site does not mean that Glitznow! endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such Web site. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature.

Product Usage

Glitznow! only intends to sell products to trained technicians for each product purchased. In purchasing any Glitznow! products, you are responsible to insure that this product is only used by qualified, trained technicians. In addition, proper care must be taken with products with regard to storage, temperature, and proper usage of each product, including refrigeration of adhesive products prior and after usage.  Unopened bottles must be refrigerated upon receipt from GlitzNow!  Products can be unsuitable for use with improper care.

Glitznow! reserves the right to refuse PROGRAMS, PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES to anyone for any reason at any time. IN NO EVENT WILL Glitznow! OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS (Glitznow!, ET AL) BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURT COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES INCIDENT THERETO; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD BY Glitznow!. Participants in classes will be asked to sign an agreement prior to participating in any program or course. The agreement the risk associated with applying products to the face, without the proper care proper training. Glitznow! may at any time revise these terms by updating this posting.
